Registering for an account
If you are a new customer, please complete the registration form. Once we have the information we need to process your request we will contact you.
Please note, we supply trade accounts only, within a 30 miles radius from our workshop at SY15 6LQ.
Pricing
Prices quoted are in GBP and are subject to VAT. Please note that our prices are reviewed periodically.
Payment
We accept payment via Bank transfer, credit/debit card and cash.
We only supply on a pro forma basis unless your invoices are handled by a reputable third party invoice payment agency. The maximum payment time is then 30 days.
Delivery
Subject to minimum order requirements, deliveries within our 30 mile radius are free and by our own transport.
Orders are usually dispatched within 48hrs but may also take up to 2 weeks in busy times. We will notify you of any delays and when your consignment is dispatched.
Returns
If you wish to return goods for any reason, except for manufacture fault, you must notify us in writing giving the reason. All goods must be returned in the original packaging, and you are responsible for all shipping costs. We are not responsible for any damage of loss suffered when returning goods to us.
Goods returned, which have been merchandised or are not in a re-saleable condition, will not be refunded.
Online auctions
To protect the integrity and value of our products we do not allow the selling of our goods on online auctions. We will not supply any customers who intend to list our items on Amazon Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, Etsy, ebay, ebid or any other online auction or marketplace site and we reserve the right to close or refuse accounts that intend to breach this condition.
Garden Shows
We exhibit regularly at garden shows and in order to preserve exclusivity we do not allow our products to be sold at garden shows where we will be exhibiting ourselves under the name of Gardeners Forge or Orchard Garden Antiques. An event list is displayed on the website and stockists are welcome to sell at garden shows we do not attend.

Should you wish to use our photographs or graphics for marketing purposes, please contact our office to gain permission.
