Deliveries, Returns, and Refunds

Deliveries

Subject to minimum order requirements, deliveries to the UK mainland are free. Please contact us for delivery charges to the highlands and islands of Scotland. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.
Saturday and Isle of Wight (PO30-41) deliveries are also subject to a surcharge.

For shipping purposes, the Channel Islands are classed as an international destination

Goods will be sent by Parcelforce or a pallet delivery company depending on the overall weight and size of the consignment.

Orders are usually dispatched within 48hrs but may also take up to 2 weeks in busy times. We will notify you of any delays and when your consignment is dispatched.

Signing for the delivery

When you are signing for a package you are signing that the delivery has been ‘received in good condition’. Once this is signed transit cover is then deemed void.
If the consignment packaging is damaged on delivery please mark ‘damaged’ on the delivery note.

Please be aware that packages marked ‘unchecked’ will not be accepted for a damage claim. If the damage is extensive, please refuse the delivery and the courier will return the item to us.

Lost Parcels

Please advise us if you do not receive your item(s) within 10 days of your order dispatch date so that
we can trace the parcel.
All items are insured for loss during shipping. If you do not receive an a consignment please contact us and we will file a claim against the courier. Claims can only be filed 15 working days after the dispatch date and may take up to 8 weeks to complete. The courier will investigate and require you to sign a statement of loss before issuing compensation to us.
We reserve the right to refund payment or dispatch a replacement only after we receive authorisation from the courier.

Returns

If you wish to return goods for any reason, except for manufacture fault, you must notify us in writing giving the reason. All goods must be returned in the original packaging, and you are responsible for all shipping costs. We are not responsible for any damage of loss suffered when returning goods to us.
Goods returned, which have been merchandised or are not in a re-saleable condition, will not be refunded.
